I started using Psilocybe Azurescens about 2 months ago. I take it and Fusion Bars 3 times a week. I started at 50mg and I just recently started taking 100mg. After a few weeks of settling into micro-dosing, I can definitely say it has definitely helped with anxiety. The effects sort of play in the background, which doesn’t make it very noticeable right away, but I have a much more calm head space and more balanced moods. I will definitely continue to take gt!!!
